Director, Global Business Development - Brand Outsourcing and HCP Engagement

What you will do

• Identify and prioritise global and regional market opportunities.
• Develop multi-geography go-to-market strategies and account-level growth plans.
• Build and expand senior-level global client relationships.
• Lead executive discussions, negotiations, and strategic advisory engagements.
• Design complex, multi-country proposals and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Own opportunities from qualification through contract handover.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in life sciences commercial leadership or business development.
• Background ideally including General Manager, Head of Sales, or Business Unit Manager experience within a large pharmaceutical organisation.
• Proven success selling complex global outsourcing solutions.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
