What you will do

• Lead day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of high-profile healthcare brands.
• Direct strategic thinking and project delivery for complex, multi-channel healthcare communication campaigns.
• Manage monthly revenue targets, account profitability, and commercial performance.
• Lead and mentor team members, including through line management responsibilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and agency partners.
• Participate actively in new business activity and pitches.

Requirements

• Experience in a creative agency and as an account manager across multiple brands or industries.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Native-level Spanish or equivalent is required.
• Passion for data-driven insights and their use in strategy and creative development.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to different audiences and cultures.

• Experience working across disciplines, particularly digital.
