What you will do

  • Handle player requests and inquiries in English.
  • Monitor the status and stability of live game services.
  • Identify service-related issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Help resolve incidents affecting live games.

Requirements

  • Upper-intermediate English in written and spoken communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a high level of responsibility.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid gaming background in MMOGs and mobile games.
  • Good overall computer literacy.
