What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to table game dealers within the assigned section.
• Monitor gaming activity, protect game integrity, and oversee compliance with table game procedures.
• Coordinate with the Pit Manager to monitor and adjust table limits based on gaming volume.
• Manage player ratings, dealer bankrolls, fills, credits, card changes, and gaming equipment.
• Handle guest needs, complaints, and disputes while delivering a professional and memorable experience.
• Maintain confidentiality, positive public relations, ethical conduct, and a safe casino-floor environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Table Games Dual Rate Supervisor or above.
• At least two years of table games experience as a Dealer and/or Floor Supervisor, including Blackjack, Novelty games, and two additional core games such as Craps, Baccarat, or Roulette.
• Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Availability for assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to stand, walk, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with a gaming management system, preferably Bally’s Tableview.
• Knowledge of OLG/AGCO regulations and AML reporting guidelines.
• French-language proficiency.
