Visual Merchandiser - Pittsburgh & Buffalo NY

Location: Monroe, Michigan, with merchandising responsibilities across five stores in the Pittsburgh region and 1–2 stores in the Buffalo, New York area; ideal candidates live in central Pittsburgh. The role is in stores four days per week and remote one day per week, with up to 75% travel.

Base compensation: $58,500–$88,450 per year.

What you will do

• Implement in-store visual presentations aligned with brand standards across 5–10 assigned stores.
• Manage merchandise transfers, clearance inventory, floor inventory levels, and inventory flow with sales and regional teams.
• Execute floor moves, seasonal displays, visual enhancements, and high-impact sales event directives.
• Lead or support new store openings, remodels, acquisitions, and store closings.
• Maintain clean, safe, attractive displays and resolve merchandising implementation issues with store teams.
• Train store teams on recovery plans and display-maintenance best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising with 0–2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to self-manage schedules and demonstrate effective time management.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and meet the qualifications of the company’s Driver Management Program when driving is required.
• Ability to perform physical merchandising duties, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to or over 50 pounds.
