What you will do
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex HR projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, HR leaders, Centers of Excellence, cross-functional groups, and external partners.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, budgets, changing priorities, and overall project health.
- Support M&A HR workstreams, including pre-close diligence, Day 1 readiness, HRIS, payroll, time-system integration, data conversion, and regulatory compliance.
- Support organizational change management and report project progress, outcomes, and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of project management or human resources experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects with demonstrated delivery success.
- Advanced problem-solving, communication, coaching, prioritization, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline.
- PHR, SPHR, or PMP certification and Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience with M&A integration, HR process and program implementation, or multinational HR organizations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle HCM, including end-to-end HR systems implementation.
- Experience with Prosci or equivalent change management methodologies and AI-enabled HR tools for talent analytics or automation.
