What you will do

• Direct Front Desk, Bell Services, VIP Check-in, Valet, Housekeeping, Rock Shops, Group Sales, and Spa operations.
• Maintain team member satisfaction, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Manage departmental expenditures, budgets, staffing levels, and labor costs.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, appraise, and supervise direct and indirect reports.
• Lead guest feedback follow-up, Medallia Survey actions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Virginia gaming regulations, company policies, safety rules, health regulations, responsible gaming, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Requirements

• At least five years of management experience in a 4 Diamond casino or hospitality environment overseeing multiple hotel operations departments.
• Experience preparing departmental budgets for multiple departments and responding to changing business conditions.
• Proven record of achieving excellent guest service scores in a 4 Diamond or better environment.
• Strong understanding of Housekeeping and Casino Public Areas processes and procedures.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, LMS, Kronos, and MMS.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience as a Director of Hotel Operations, Rooms Executive, General Manager, or equivalent.
• Experience with HotSOS, Laundry Services, design and development, and project management.
