What you will do

• Repair bicycles quickly and consistently while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Complete more than 50% of the team’s total repairs.
• Handle the team’s most complex bicycle repairs.
• Build positive relationships with bicycle owners through reliable service.
• Apply proper service methods and learn new bicycle technologies.
• Support the team with communication, leadership, and problem solving.
