Business Transformation Manager - Digital Product Creation

Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday with remote work available on Fridays

What you will do

• Define transformation scope, objectives, plans, metrics, and reporting with stakeholders.
• Track transformation performance, manage risks, escalate issues, and coordinate resource allocation.
• Lead change management, readiness activities, post-change impact assessments, and communication strategies.
• Support Global Sourcing and Product Services, Design, Art, and Trend teams through the transition to Digital Product Creation.
• Engage digital design software vendors to improve speed, sales enablement, customer feedback testing, and sustainability.
• Delegate work, facilitate collaboration, and build relationships across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail, product development, technical design, fashion design, pattern making, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
• Experience leading others and influencing stakeholders, with proven collaborative facilitation and execution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Adobe, Miro, ChatGPT, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to work onsite at the Menomonee Falls corporate office Monday through Thursday.

Nice to have

• Technical design or design background.
• Patterning experience and knowledge of garment construction.
• Experience using 3D programs or willingness to learn digital design software.
• Experience with end-user day-to-day workflows.
