Project Designer III - Architecture

What you will do

• Develop creative, client-focused design concepts for complex architectural projects.
• Prepare and update architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Perform programming, site planning, schematic design, and 2D/3D modeling.
• Apply building codes and zoning requirements to support regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate design solutions with clients, consultants, project teams, and other disciplines.
• Support or lead construction administration, including reviewing submittals, RFIs, and change directives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in an architectural setting.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong design, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience producing construction documents and coordinating with clients and consultants.
• Availability for a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, with flexibility as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
• Knowledge of building construction methods, graphic standards, materials, and systems.
