Content Moderator Team Leader (Content Moderation)

Location: Onsite in Kraków, Poland; 24/7 shift work including evenings, nights, and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of up to 20 content moderators.
• Support the Manager in meeting site metrics, goals, and service-level targets.
• Monitor moderation queues, identify variations, and adjust workflows to meet SLAs.
• Implement escalation channels according to agreed procedures.
• Plan work schedules for continuous 24/7 operations.
• Collaborate with other Team Leaders, Quality Analysts, Trainers, and Service Delivery Managers.

Requirements

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Supervisory experience and experience managing projects to establish SLAs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and rotating shifts.
• Proficiency with Google products, including Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and a neutral mindset when classifying alternative video content.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in an additional EU language.
• Knowledge of content moderation workflows.
