Technical Product Manager - Digital (AI/ML)

Location: Loveland, Colorado, United States. The role involves working in office, laboratory, manufacturing, and production environments, with approximately 10% travel.

Target pay range: $84,000–$105,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop product vision, strategy, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and priorities for assigned digital products.
• Lead products through discovery, development, launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Represent customer needs through research, feedback, product data, and market insights.
• Partner with technical leads to assess architecture, integrations, security, feasibility, and scalability.
• Coordinate with program management and cross-functional technical, commercial, medical, marketing, finance, and sales teams.
• Track product KPIs, prepare business cases and performance updates, and evaluate competitors, industry trends, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Typically seven or more years of experience in technical product management, digital product management, software development, diagnostics, or a related field.
• Experience developing roadmaps, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and supporting product launches.
• Understanding of software development, digital platforms, integrations, APIs, data workflows, user experience, Agile development, and program governance.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, presentation, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work across office, laboratory, manufacturing, and production environments and comply with safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in animal health, veterinary diagnostics, healthcare, medical devices, laboratory diagnostics, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with digital portals, laboratory systems, Point-of-Care products, practice information management systems, or integrated digital platforms.
• Experience working in a global organization.
