What you will do

• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, actionable tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the product roadmap and deliver new features for a proprietary generative AI platform.
• Identify platform features, partnerships, integrations, APIs, and vendor solutions aligned with client and platform needs.
• Oversee agile development team operations, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight, troubleshooting, and problem-solving while monitoring platform performance and user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, architects, infrastructure teams, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technology roles supporting cross-functional development teams in agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms and the digital marketing or advertising technology landscape.
• Experience with web or software development processes, web/application APIs, product or platform development, and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in professional services, agency, or consulting environments.
• Experience presenting technical concepts to clients or stakeholders.
• Experience using no-code or low-code platforms to create multi-step agents and workflows.
