Finance Leader

Location: On-site in Irvine, California, United States

Salary: $260,000–$320,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead global financial consolidation and prepare consolidated financial statements across subsidiaries.
• Manage reporting packages, closing adjustments, intercompany eliminations, statutory reporting, and disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and/or IFRS and implement consistent group accounting policies.
• Coordinate the US headquarters annual budget and periodic forecasting process, monitoring variances and emerging risks.
• Analyze margins, expenses, profitability, spending trends, and underlying business drivers.
• Provide early warnings and actionable recommendations to the CFO, CEO, and business unit leaders, while tracking corrective action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, audit, or finance leadership.
• Experience leading global consolidations and preparing consolidated financial statements for multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS, intercompany accounting, eliminations, transfer pricing, and global reporting structures.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial performance management, and profitability analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience using ERP and financial consolidation/reporting tools.
