What you will do

• Develop annual operating plans, forecasts, performance analyses, and product P&L models for the global Video Collaboration business.
• Prepare reports on revenue, margins, cost of sales, portfolio KPIs, and business performance.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify revenue risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with product management, engineering, finance, commercial, and R&D stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
• Evaluate new business opportunities through market assessments and ROI analysis.
• Improve financial planning and reporting processes through automation, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, a related field, or relevant industry experience.
• Progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology industry.
• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
