Location: Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $240,000–$280,000 per year, adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

What you will do

• Handle employment litigation and class action matters.
• Work directly with client representatives and opposing counsel.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and position statements.
• Attend court conferences and prepare dispositive motions.
• Manage discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Write, publish, and speak on labor and employment law topics.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in employment litigation and class actions.
• At least 8 years of class action experience in Washington.
• Juris Doctor degree.
• Active license to practice law and good standing in Washington, with continuing licensure maintained throughout employment.
• Excellent analytical and legal writing skills.
