Location

Wilton, CT, US. Must be based in the United States and able to work onsite in a clean room environment.

Salary

Hourly rate: $24–$34.

What you will do

• Manufacture and assemble complex systems according to established technical specifications and procedures.
• Work in a clean room environment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems during the assembly and testing process.
• Contribute to process improvements and support the transition of new products to volume production.
• Maintain accurate technical product documentation and coordinate activities within the production plan.
• Train and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of mechanical manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to work 3rd shift hours and flexible compressed work week schedules (12-hour shifts).
• Physical ability to work in a clean room, wear full protective gear, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in a technical assembly environment.
• Experience with SAP, Office, and SPC programs.
• Lean Manufacturing training (5S, Kaizen, VSM).
• Previous hirify.global experience as a Technician 4.
