Production Technician (Mechanical)

Salary: $24–$34 per hour

What you will do

• Manufacture and deliver complex systems in a clean room environment according to established procedures.
• Identify and resolve technical problems during the assembly and testing process.
• Contribute to pilot production processes and the transition to volume manufacturing.
• Maintain and improve Technical Product Documentation (TPD) and production records.
• Coordinate activities within the production plan and monitor tool and material usage.
• Train and mentor team members while supporting cross-functional groups.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of mechanical manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Must be willing to work 3rd shift hours and flexible compressed work week schedules (12-hour shifts).
• Must be willing to work in a clean room environment wearing full protective gear.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate requirements into executable schedules.
• At least 4 months of previous hirify.global experience as a Technician 4.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in a technical assembly environment.
• Lean Manufacturing training (5S, Kaizen, VSM).
• Proficiency in SAP, Office, and SPC programs.
