Business Intelligence Developer IV

Location: Hybrid in Sacramento, with two days per week in the office; California residents only.

Salary: $56.46–$84.69 per hour

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end reporting and analytical services to internal business partners and leadership.
• Design, develop, and implement Power BI reports, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, databases, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Transform raw and complex healthcare data files into finished reports, trends, and analytical products.
• Develop integrated data and business process improvement solutions using business and technical expertise.
• Lead multiple simultaneous complex projects and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Train, coach, and provide constructive feedback to colleagues and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in applied statistics, computer analytics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of recent relevant experience, including 6+ years developing and implementing business intelligence solutions.
• Advanced experience with databases and large datasets, including SQL Server.
• Demonstrated expertise with Power BI, SQL Server, and SQL Reporting Services.
• Advanced knowledge of data management, logical and physical data modeling, relational database design, metadata, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with finance, HR, or clinical data; healthcare data experience is preferred.
