Senior Lead Creative Technologist (AI)

Location: 100% onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, USA

Base compensation: $115,080–$218,520 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead creative technology and human-centered design initiatives across complex client projects.
• Bridge design vision and engineering execution through experimentation, rapid prototyping, and feasibility analysis.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on using agentic AI, IoT, AR, and other emerging technologies to improve experiences.
• Design human-in-the-loop patterns for approvals, escalation, rollbacks, exception handling, permissioning, and auditability.
• Establish standards for agent tooling, front-end integration, evaluation, observability, and release readiness.
• Mentor design and engineering teams and partner with delivery leads to align workstreams with timelines, goals, and implementation constraints.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative technology, user experience, or digital innovation.
• Expertise in strategic human-centered design, design thinking, cross-disciplinary collaboration, innovation, storytelling, and rapid prototyping.
• Strong technical feasibility, risk assessment, enterprise IT, and architecture knowledge, including cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and security considerations.
• Experience with AI and data ethics, responsible agentic AI patterns, tool governance, and integration with open-source agent stacks.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale projects and design consulting engagements; familiarity with organizational change management or DesignOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent demonstrable portfolio of work.

• Advanced degree or continued education in design, technology, HCI, business, or a related field.
• Advanced experience in data science, AI/ML, or computational design.
• Specialization in AI/ML/GenAI, phygital design, connected products/IoT, or mobile and web front-end architecture.
• Energy or utility industry experience.
