User Experience Lead (AI)

Location: Dallas, United States

Salary: $120,000–$161,000 per year for roles located in Illinois or Texas, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the UX vision and strategy across multiple products and platforms.
• Lead user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and final visual design.
• Use AI-assisted design and research tools, including generative prototyping, automated journey mapping, and AI-powered analytics.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and maintain design consistency.
• Create UX standards, guidelines, patterns, and scalable design systems while championing accessibility and inclusive design.
• Mentor UX designers, present solutions to senior leadership, facilitate workshops, and monitor UX metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role driving UX vision.
• Portfolio demonstrating user research, UX/UI design, prototyping, and interaction design for web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with, or genuine eagerness to learn, AI- and code-based prototyping tools such as Claude Code or Claude.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WCAG, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services, such as legal, financial, accounting, or consulting organizations.
• UX design or design thinking certification.
• Agile and Scrum experience.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar UX metrics tools.
