Sales Supervisor (Luxury Retail)

Salary: USD 75,000–85,000 per year, plus sales-based commission

What you will do

• Coach and mentor assigned Design Consultants to meet or exceed revenue goals and key performance indicators.
• Manage day-to-day sales team performance and address underperformance through documented performance-management procedures.
• Ensure consistent customer service and adherence to hirify.global standards and policies at every customer touchpoint.
• Partner with the Sales Manager on training, lead allocation, self-generated lead strategies, and sales process execution.
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance and address business opportunities.
• Co-manage sales contests, incentive programs, monthly sales meetings, and participation in local industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct consultative B2C sales experience, preferably in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Proven success leading a team to exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
• High school diploma or GED; some college education is preferred.
• Interior design education, direct industry experience, or a demonstrated passion for home décor.
