Sales Representative (Interior Textiles)

Location: US - Washington; the role includes travel to client locations.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually, with potential geographic premium, discretionary incentive, and equity awards.

hirify.global's Maharam brand creates textiles for interiors, combining product, graphic, and digital design with art and architecture.

What you will do

• Sell Edelman, Knoll Textiles, and Maharam products to assigned clients and across a defined geography.
• Build relationships with design firms, individuals, specifying clients, end-users, and purchasing customers.
• Present new products and support project specifications, product selection, pricing, delivery, and required dates.
• Travel to client locations and represent the brand through meals, events, and industry functions.
• Maintain product samples, resource libraries, and client database records.
• Supervise inside sales support from the sales coordinator and coordinate with internal departments and regional sales colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; an Interior Design degree is preferred.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage product, project, client, and process information while multitasking independently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word, with the ability to learn company-specific systems.
