Enterprise AI Program Manager, AVP Enterprise Technology (AI)

Salary: $135,000–$170,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage the enterprise AI use-case pipeline, evaluating initiatives by business impact, feasibility, scalability, risk, and alignment with firmwide priorities.
• Lead AI pilots with business and technology partners, define success criteria, track outcomes, and recommend scaling, iteration, or sunset.
• Convert successful AI use cases into reusable playbooks, workflows, and enablement materials.
• Synthesize adoption, usage, feedback, and business-impact data into executive-ready insights.
• Partner with product, platform, governance, vendor, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve delivery.
• Support the evolution of AI intake, prioritization, governance, measurement, and enablement processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product operations, program management, technology, or a related field.
• Experience owning cross-functional initiatives and driving workstreams from strategy through implementation.
• Strong execution, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguity, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and build trusted relationships.
• Experience building, implementing, or managing enterprise AI, automation, analytics, or workflow solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform or Copilot Studio.
