Global Compensation Management, VP

Location: New York, United States

Expected annual base salary: $170,000–$225,000, plus discretionary bonuses and potential equity or incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Design, implement, communicate, and administer compensation programs for investment professionals.
• Provide strategic guidance on pay decisions, compensation policies, guidelines, and business-specific initiatives.
• Manage market surveys, benchmarking, market analysis, and presentation of findings and recommendations.
• Lead the annual compensation planning process in collaboration with business leaders and HR partners.
• Prepare compensation analyses and manage related projects while ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience and extensive experience with rewards and recognition programs.
• Strong business or financial background with qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of compensation practices, programs, and plans, including FLSA and DOL requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Office.
• Strong consultative, communication, collaboration, process management, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.

• CCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
