Global Incentives Compensation Program Manager

Salary: $134,800–$179,700 per year

What you will do

• Participate in the strategy, design, implementation, and improvement of short-term incentive, long-term incentive, and employee recognition programs.
• Own end-to-end administration and governance, including plan documentation, modeling, calculations, validation, and payout execution.
• Ensure incentive plan accuracy, compliance, operational integrity, and effective forecasting, accruals, and budget management with Finance.
• Manage peer-to-peer, manager-led, and values-based recognition programs, including platforms and vendor relationships.
• Build and maintain compensation dashboards with HRIS and People Analytics teams to support market positioning and budget analysis.
• Measure program participation and effectiveness and pilot AI and automation tools for repetitive tasks and predictive analytics.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive compensation experience in a large, complex corporate environment.
• End-to-end experience designing, modeling, and executing short-term and/or long-term incentive programs.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience building and maintaining compensation tools and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Workday or a comparable HRIS platform.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ability to work onsite at the San Jose Great Oaks Headquarters in San Jose, California.
