Senior AI/ML Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland, with 2 days per week in the office, or fully remote from Poland. Candidates must be eligible to work and live in Poland.

What you will do

• Use data and AI/ML to solve business problems across multiple business units.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML systems and production-grade pipelines.
• Build AI/ML engineering infrastructure for orchestrating batch and real-time workflows.
• Apply MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices, including experimentation, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate models into business applications and downstream processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Industry experience designing and implementing production-grade AI/ML systems and integrating models into business applications.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML libraries and the AI/ML lifecycle.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, or AgentOps tooling such as MLflow, LangChain, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with Azure, Azure ML, Azure Foundry, Databricks, Docker, container orchestration, databases, and REST APIs for model serving.
• Strong software engineering practices across development, testing, deployment, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
