Performance Fitter - Western New England, MA

Location: Field-based in the US, covering Western New England, with frequent travel within the assigned territory and occasional travel to surrounding territories and events.

Salary: $18.00 per hour; listed pay range: $16.50–$20.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Conduct product fitting days and deliver a strong customer experience from setup through event completion.
• Set up, maintain, and take down fitting carts, tents, displays, equipment, and event materials.
• Conduct customer fittings using Callaway protocols, launch monitors, and other provided tools.
• Explain hirify.global and Odyssey product features, benefits, and specifications to diverse audiences.
• Run and train on the Odyssey Fits Tool and apply appropriate selling techniques.
• Communicate event results, challenges, and lessons learned with the Outside Sales Representative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer-service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, proper insurance for the resident state, and a driving record meeting company criteria.
• Availability for scheduled weekdays and weekends during the golf season; typical weekend events last 5–6 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work primarily outdoors.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally to surrounding territories, trade shows, and other events.

Nice to have

• Golf knowledge, golf club fitting experience, and launch monitor experience.
• Retail golf business or golf shop selling experience.
• Knowledge of Callaway products and the local territory.
• A vehicle large enough to carry 15–20 golf bags and display tents, such as an SUV or minivan.
