Fitting Analyst/Sales Specialist (Golf)

Salary: $69,317.00–$86,567.00 per year

What you will do

• Deliver advanced putter fitting experiences for enthusiasts, golfers of all levels, and elite Tour players.
• Use proprietary analysis tools to assess performance, customize putters, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Scotty Cameron products, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
• Manage inventory and prepare detailed reports supporting R&D and design teams.
• Provide a premium luxury retail experience and support special events at the Scotty Cameron Gallery, Studio, and TPI.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of golf and extensive knowledge of the Scotty Cameron brand.
• At least 3 years of experience in club fitting, player instruction, or testing.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with elite players.
• Expertise in luxury-brand customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and navigate stairs.

Nice to have

• BA degree.
• PGA Professional qualification.
