Location: Fairhaven, Massachusetts, United States of America; onsite three days per week
Pay rate: $24 per hour

What you will do
- Manage customized orders from entry through fulfillment, checking logo specifications, artwork, pricing, and product availability.
- Coordinate artwork approvals and order progress with customers, sales representatives, graphic designers, vendors, and internal operations teams.
- Meet customer deadlines, including urgent requests, while managing multiple priorities accurately.
- Maintain detailed logo and artwork records and identify trends or unusual activity.
- Support continuous process improvement and the training and development of new team members.
Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to accuracy and service excellence.
- Ability to work onsite three days per week in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer goods, apparel, or promotional products.
- Knowledge of apparel embellishment, embroidery, or logo application processes.
- Order entry or order management experience in customer service or sales support.
- Passion for golf and familiarity with golf products or the golf industry.
