Green Grass Staff Development Program Manager (Central Region)

Location: Remote within the Central United States territory; preferred locations include Dallas, Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Nashville, and Detroit. Extensive travel, outdoor work, and extended hours, holidays, and weekends may be required.

Expected annual base pay for Illinois-based candidates: $130,000–$160,000, plus potential benefits, bonuses, product discounts, holidays, and paid time off.

What you will do

• Develop the green grass channel through relationships with top Staff Program members and PGA professionals.
• Oversee TaylorMade’s PGA of America sponsorship activities and title-sponsored national and sectional events in the assigned region.
• Identify, recruit, and retain influential golf professionals, including emerging talent, while building relationships with players and their agents and coaches.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, R&D, design, and licensee teams to address product needs and communicate product timelines.
• Manage product fitting and seeding at key facilities and support the launch of new products.
• Negotiate Staff Program contracts and provide competitive activity and product trend insights to internal teams.

Requirements

• Expert golf knowledge, playing skills, club design, swing mechanics, fitting, and product optimization expertise.
• At least 7 years of general golf industry experience, including 5 years of direct interaction with high-level golf professionals.
• Club building experience and launch monitor certification, such as Foresight or Trackman.
• Strong interpersonal, public relations, event planning, budget management, and professional presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DOMO, and AI applications.
• Valid driver’s license required; PGA Membership is encouraged.
