Senior Tour Representative (Golf)

Location: Florida, United States; 70–80% travel, exceeding 220 days on the road, with outdoor work and extended hours, holidays, and weekends as needed.

What you will do

• Maximize TaylorMade equipment usage across the PGA Tour and other influential tours and ambassadors.
• Build trusted relationships with Team TaylorMade players, families, agents, teachers, and coaches.
• Evaluate player performance needs and recommend equipment solutions to support product adoption.
• Conduct athlete product testing and collect structured feedback on performance, fit, feel, launch conditions, and playability.
• Translate player and competitor insights into recommendations for product, fitting, and tour leadership teams.
• Represent TaylorMade professionally while supporting tour strategy, brand exposure, and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
• Collegiate golf playing experience required, with high-level competitive golf skills.
• 5+ years of golf industry experience, including 4+ years interacting directly with golf professionals and top amateurs.
• At least 5 years of hands-on equipment building, club fitting, and performance optimization experience.
• Technical knowledge of TaylorMade and competitor products, fitting tools, launch-monitor data, and performance analysis.
• Valid driver’s license, strong communication and relationship-building skills, independence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
