What you will do

• Develop, manage, and maintain business banking relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending banking products and services.
• Develop and administer a commercial loan portfolio in line with credit quality, profitability, yield, loss ratio, and delinquency objectives.
• Analyze borrowers’ financial condition, collateral position, creditworthiness, and ability to repay.
• Monitor loan performance, maintain borrower contact, and resolve issues to reduce credit and collateral risk.
• Promote the bank’s image through community development activities and civic organizations.
• Maintain knowledge of business development, lending practices, banking regulations, and risk management.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• At least 3 years of experience, including commercial or business banking experience.
• Knowledge of lending laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and job-related software, including basic Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
