Principal Product Marketing Manager (Glean Intelligence)

Location: Hybrid, four days per week in the Mountain View or San Francisco office

Salary: $224,000–$258,000 annual base salary, with possible variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

Glean is a Work AI platform providing enterprise search, an AI Assistant, scalable AI agents, SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choices, and APIs on a secure, open platform.

What you will do

• Own product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for Glean Intelligence, including model releases, Model Hub, evaluations, evaluation harnesses, and AI experience infrastructure.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate architecture, technical tradeoffs, roadmaps, and customer value into positioning, messaging, launch plans, and customer narratives.
• Lead end-to-end launches, from audience and release strategy through communications, technical documentation, field enablement, customer education, and post-launch adoption.
• Define Glean’s perspective on model quality, evaluation, benchmarking, reliability, safety, observability, and enterprise AI deployment.
• Create technical content and customer stories, clarify model choice and use-case fit, monitor competitive developments, and support Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience or a related field.
• BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in AI infrastructure, enterprise software, data platforms, or a related technical category.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, multimodal models, inference, context windows, RAG, embeddings, agents, model routing, evaluations, benchmarking, and enterprise data architectures.
• Strong technical storytelling and writing skills, with experience communicating to developers, executives, technical buyers, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success bringing complex technical products to market and balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI models, model platforms, evaluation systems, agent frameworks, or developer tools.
• Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• MBA.
