Sr Software Engineer

Salary: $95,700–$140,239 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement complex, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested software features and systems.
• Own technical solutions end to end, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support.
• Lead technical design discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and guide engineering decisions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Use logs, metrics, and analytics to improve observability, performance, and system reliability.
• Mentor engineers, support onboarding, and improve engineering practices and development workflows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Deep proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and software design patterns.
• Expertise in modern development stacks including C#, Python, Angular, and SQL.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as architecture, platform engineering, and cloud-native solutions.
• Ability to design resilient systems, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and follow engineering and security standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent coding education alternatives are accepted.

• Experience in a product-centric or agile environment.
• Experience with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
