Salary: $230,000–$270,000 per year

What you will do

• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Attend court conferences and lead discovery-related activities.
• Conduct investigations and support employment litigation defense.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor and an active California law license in good standing are required.
• Maintain continuing licensure requirements throughout employment.
• 7+ years of employment litigation defense experience preferred.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
