Apartment Community Manager - Amara Metrowest

Location: Orlando, FL, USA; on-site management of the Amara Metrowest apartment community. Tuesday–Saturday, typically 10:00am–6:30pm, with schedule variations by community and season.

Salary: $82,000–$84,000 yearly, plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and commissions for new leases and renewals.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports.
• Direct apartment community operations, leasing, and maintenance activities.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Deliver high-quality service to residents and team members.
• Drive resident satisfaction and ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• At least two years of leadership experience in property management.
• Two to four years of experience leading teams in competitive sales and customer service environments.
• Ability to mentor and coach a diverse team.
• Experience using sales processes and metrics to drive results, with a general understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, and Salesforce; reliable transportation and flexible availability during office hours are required.
