Transportation Project Manager

Location: Greenville, Columbia, or Charleston, South Carolina offices, United States; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work

What you will do

• Manage transportation projects for DOT and local agency clients from planning through delivery.
• Control project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with subconsultants.
• Support proposal development and business pursuits.
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 6+ years of transportation engineering experience.

Nice to have

• Experience working on South Carolina DOT projects.
• Flexibility to work across multiple South Carolina offices.
