Wage and Hour Class Action Associate (Labor & Employment)

Location: Los Angeles, California

Salary: $230,000–$275,000 annually, plus a competitive hours-based bonus.

What you will do

• Handle wage-and-hour class and representative actions, including PAGA matters.
• Manage single-plaintiff employment litigation and other complex employment matters.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery and take or defend depositions.
• Attend hearings and court conferences, conduct investigations, and manage matters through different litigation stages.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor and active California Bar membership in good standing.
• At least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably involving California employment law.
• Experience with wage-and-hour, class or representative actions, or single-plaintiff employment litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
