What you will do

• Design, perform, and analyze experiments studying protein structure/function relationships in Mycobacterium tuberculosis and other organisms.
• Clone and express proteins of interest.
• Purify and crystallize proteins, then collect and analyze experimental data.
• Prepare research data for grant applications.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of drug libraries and conduct high-throughput drug screens.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners, manage laboratory resources, and train students.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight years of related experience.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Successful completion of a criminal history investigation and credential verification is required.
