What you will do

• Deliver nursing care to patients and families with basic to complex needs.
• Create a therapeutic, caring environment for patients and families.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans across patients, families, colleagues, shifts, and care settings.
• Apply evidence-based practice and specialty standards to identify improvement opportunities.
• Use clinical decision-making and critical thinking to support optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• ASN required, with active enrollment in a BSN program and a signed BSN commitment form; BSN preferred.
• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact Nursing License required.
• Current BLS life support authorization appropriate to the patient population.
• Specialty certification required within six months of eligibility.
