Supply Network Operation Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Bangkok General Office, Bangkok, Thailand

What you will do

• Manage demand forecasting using insights from customers and sales teams, communicate forecast changes, and maintain unbiased forecasts.
• Assess customer logistics requirements, inventory capabilities, and emerging market needs.
• Analyze SKU productivity and propose optimization opportunities with stakeholder alignment.
• Create supply chain customer business plans, prioritize joint value creation initiatives, and lead implementation.
• Improve product, information, and financial flows across inter-company processes.
• Lead customer supply chain business reviews, manage joint scorecards, and support supply trade terms execution and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or a supply chain-related field with an excellent academic background.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical thinking skills through academic or professional experience.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Thai is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience making decisions with incomplete data and using analytical judgment.
