What you will do
- Shape and develop the Thailand and LCM end-to-end supply chain strategy in alignment with business, regional, and global strategies.
- Lead the integrated business planning process, including portfolio management, demand review, supply review, reconciliation, and management business review.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Technology, Legal, and Human Resources teams to identify opportunities for customer experience, growth, profitability, innovation, reliability, and agility.
- Partner with regional and global supply chain teams to provide local input and deploy supply chain strategy in the local operating company.
- Manage market authorizations, import and export quotas, and licenses, including controlled substances.
- Manage product and customer master data in SAP ERP, Anaplan, and other systems, while monitoring end-to-end supply chain KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management.
- Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, especially pharmaceuticals.
- Experience with SAP ERP, project management, and advanced planning and analytical tools.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, distribution resource planning, quality assurance, and supply chain operations.
