Sr. Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Hybrid role based at the headquarters near Portland, Oregon, United States; onsite work is expected four days per week

What you will do

• Deliver infrastructure engineering solutions across the global data center and hybrid environment.
• Design, build, and maintain compute, storage, replication, and business recovery systems.
• Improve the reliability, security, scalability, and governance of on-premises infrastructure.
• Conduct audits and assessments, and create technical documentation and operational standards.
• Support global engineering teams with incidents, operational escalations, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate on technical roadmaps, FinOps practices, and follow-the-sun on-call rotations.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on infrastructure engineering and operations experience in a global environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience with VMware, Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, Commvault, Dell, Pure, or Qumulo technologies.
• Experience supporting global or distributed teams and working across cultures and time zones.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, plus familiarity with ITSM/ITIL practices.
• Strong automation skills, including Ansible, PowerShell, and GitHub Actions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira Service Management.
• General knowledge of Azure.
• Experience breaking complex initiatives into manageable work.
• GCC or multinational experience.
