Retail & Logistics Analyst

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York; 100% on-site

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and datasets covering store performance, inventory flow, logistics costs, and shipment tracking.
• Work with Retail and Logistics teams to define KPIs and measure store, vendor, and supply-chain performance.
• Identify reporting issues, process gaps, and inefficiencies, then recommend improvements.
• Present findings through written analysis, meetings, and dashboards to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Explore ERP data to verify accuracy, flag inconsistencies, and maintain effective data flow with field, HQ, and external partner teams.
• Develop efficient database queries and promote Tableau adoption across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; studies in supply chain, logistics, MIS, or business are preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in an analyst role, ideally involving retail, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Tableau is required.
• Solid Excel skills and the ability to work across multiple systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying data warehouses.
• Self-starting, organized, detail-oriented, curious, and able to present to all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or WMS platforms.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and trade compliance.
• Additional retail experience.
