Retail & Logistics Analyst

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn; 100% on-site

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards covering store performance, inventory flow, logistics costs, and shipment tracking.
• Partner with Retail and Logistics teams to define KPIs and measure store, vendor, and supply-chain performance.
• Identify reporting and process gaps, improve inefficiencies, and ensure ERP data accuracy.
• Present findings through written reports, meetings, and dashboards to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Maintain communication with field and HQ teams, outside partners, and other departments to support data flow and Tableau adoption.
• Develop efficient database queries and improve data visualization practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; studies in supply chain, logistics, MIS, or business preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in an analyst role, ideally involving retail, inventory, logistics, or supply chain.
• Tableau proficiency required.
• Solid Excel skills and comfort working across systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying data warehouses.
• Self-starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or WMS platforms.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and trade compliance.
• Retail experience.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for pursuing new technologies.
