Business Intelligence Systems Specialist

Location: On-site Monday–Friday in Columbus, GA, USA; the posting also lists Fort Moore, GA, USA.

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 per year.

What you will do

• Collaborate with end users to identify data management and delivery needs.
• Develop and maintain operational data stores and enterprise data warehouses using BI best practices.
• Design relational structures, dimensional data models, SQL solutions, reporting techniques, and BI architecture.
• Improve data flows and data quality to increase accuracy, viability, and value.
• Build interactive real-time dashboards and KPIs with Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, and other BI tools.
• Provide Tier 1 end-user support, train users on basic BI functionality, and encourage tool adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar field.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting, Tableau, or comparable BI tools.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience providing end-user and Tier 1 support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday in Columbus, GA, USA.
