Business Intelligence Manager, Kroger (Power BI)

Location: Hybrid office role in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the Cincinnati Sales Office; minimal travel, approximately 2–3 times per year.

Salary: $104,200–$130,200 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead data platform infrastructure for the Kroger sales team.
• Build dynamic reports using internal and external data sources, including Stratum, Circana, M6, Snowflake, and Compass.
• Create visual scorecards, forward-looking forecasts, and competitive decomposition insights.
• Develop data tools and visualization capabilities that turn analytics into actionable commercial insights.
• Provide thought leadership on analytics, industry benchmarks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, category, analytics, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and/or category management.
• Experience with data manipulation, processing, validation, and synthesis.
• Strong understanding of Power BI and experience synthesizing data.
• Ability to read and write SQL queries, with foundational experience in Snowflake or other SQL-based tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving, process management, collaboration, and commercial skills, including knowledge of sales, inventory, shopper/panel, and point-of-sale metrics.
