Sr. Order Processor (Onsite)

Salary: $16.63–$22.18 per hour

What you will do

• Manage and process customer requests from start to finish accurately and efficiently.
• Review requests, research questions, troubleshoot issues, and determine appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs, answer questions, and provide support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commissions, IT, and Product Development to resolve requests.
• Create reports, maintain procedures and documentation, and identify process improvements.
• Support teammates by sharing expertise and potentially mentoring other team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, operations, banking, insurance, order processing, or a related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence working with computer systems and applications, plus strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication, customer service, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
