Training Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide administrative and operational support for site leadership, including calendar management, meetings, communications, events, purchasing, budgets, and expenses.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, training programs, course credit tracking, and workforce development activities.
• Maintain Workday updates and support compliance activities to ensure workforce readiness.
• Lead employee recognition, engagement initiatives, communications, and site-wide activities.
• Coordinate with teams and vendors to improve processes, communication, and workplace efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or operations.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing calendars, budgets, and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Concur, or similar systems.
