Engineering Manager - Product Verification

What you will do

• Lead and develop an international team of more than 15 verification engineers and QA professionals across multiple time zones.
• Define and implement product verification and software QA strategies, standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
• Drive test automation initiatives and expand automated coverage across the product portfolio.
• Oversee functional, integration, system, regression, performance, stress, stability, compliance, usability, and security testing.
• Manage test lab infrastructure, equipment, and verification environments while tracking quality, test effectiveness, and defect metrics.
• Partner with Development Engineering, Product Management, Compliance, and Program Management teams to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle and report risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance and product verification.
• 5+ years managing technical teams, including 2+ years with international or distributed teams.
• Deep expertise in software testing methodologies, test automation frameworks, and QA best practices.
• Experience with embedded systems, firmware, or hardware/software integration testing, plus hands-on software development or testing experience.
• Proficiency with test automation tools, CI/CD tools, and programming languages; strong people leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Experience with ISO, UL, and other regulatory standards.
